Hydration myths
1) False: You need to drink 8 glasses of water a day.
Everyone is different, listen to your body and drink when you’re thirsty.

4) False: Drinking a lot of water can help you lose weight.
This is only true if you are replacing sugary beverages like soda, not if you are chugging water to eat less.
5) False: Dark-coloured pee means you’re actually dehydrated.

What is stashing?
It’s a dating trend where one person in a relationship makes the conscious decision to keep their partner out of their inner circle. Stashing isn’t immediately a red flag, but it could be a concern if your new love is hiding something or avoiding a public commitment.
