The Fun of Making Friends: Instructional Video [circa 1950]

Mostly I just think this video is funny, so I include it here as some comic relief.

Having said that, I also think that some of the messages are worth sharing:
1. that our social networks don’t just happen, we have to work at them;
2. that our relationships are based on both what we do and what we are;
3. that we need to celebrate each other;
4. that friendships bring a sense of belonging;
5. that “Instructional Videos” made in the 1950s are true gems of modern day learning media.
