Tried and true, this program has been running for years – just like your beloved old jalopy!
So, here are a few must-knows for those willing to make a donation:
1) The donation must be made by the registered owner, or their legal representative.
2) Each vehicle must be registered in Canada.
3) The vehicle must be in a ‘complete’ state with no major parts missing.
4) Donate a Car does accept vehicles with any amount of body damage.
5) Special conditions may apply to motorcycles, boats, trailers, and RVs.
6) Donate a Car cannot accept vehicles with insurance claims or liens or encumbrances on them.
