Education Project Coordinator Appointed

 

Dr. Susan E. Gray, teacher at the University of Manitoba and the University of Winnipeg, has been appointed to a one-year position as Education Project Coordinator by the Education Committee of the Canadian Centre on Disability Studies. Her primary work will be to develop, in consultation with the Education Committee, a degree program in Disability Studies at the University of Manitoba. The work will be done in consultation with the various faculties of the university.

Gray’s experience with the disability community is extensive, having worked as Program Coordinator for the Independent Living Resource Centre, Coordinator of Volunteers with the Society of Manitobans with Disabilities and consultant for COPOH in San Salvador, El Salvador.
