There is huge potential for future growth due to our state of the art technology in the ever growing eco-friendly vehicles market. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assemble parts, off load and transfer parts
- Operate high tech machinery and assist machine operators
- Perform & Document in Process Quality inspections/quality checks
- Ensure daily production requirements are met
- Maintain 5S
- Other duties, as required
Qualifications:
- Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is considered asset but is not mandatory
- Stamping/Press & Die Experience an asset
- Visual inspection experience is an asset
- Knowledge and experience with 5S & Kaizen systems preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Attention to detail in all areas of work
- Must be able to take direction comfortably, able to multi-task, managing time efficiently to obtain optimum results
- Manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination and standing for extended periods required
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
Previous experience in general labour, general labourer, general laborer, general labor, automotive manufacturing, machine operator, visual inspection, quality checks
