Canada is the first country to offer a Registered Disability Savings Plan (RDSP), which will be available on December 1, 2008. Planned Lifetime Advocacy Network (PLAN), the organization that proposed and researched the RDSP, has an online calculator to help people with disabilities and their families plan their approach to this financial tool – you can try different scenarios and see the projected value of an RDSP.
