Tom Proszowski

Tom Proszowski has worked for three financial institutions, mainly in the employment equity field. During his time at BMO he also managed the corporate occupational health services.  At CIBC Tom lead a small but vital team of Employment Equity & Diversity professionals.  The team provided corporate leadership in the area of employment equity and diversity, consulted with the Bank’s business leaders, managed the relationship with the Canadian Human Rights Commission and reports to Human Resources Skills Development Canada as required by the Act. In 2006, Tom successfully completed all requirements of a post-graduate program in Critical Disability Studies graduating with a Masters of Arts degree from York University in Toronto.
