Amy Hanen is currently the AVP Diversity and Employee Experience Analytics for TD Bank Financial Group. In that role, she is responsible for developing and executing their community relations strategy, strengthening relationships with major community partners and overseeing TDBFG's donations and community sponsorship budget. Amy also brings extensive experience in Human Resources at the executive level. As Vice President Employee Relations, Policy and Governance at Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce she led the charge to revitalize that company's diversity strategy, partnering with community organizations and engaging over 2000 employees in the process. As a result, CIBC became the first bank in Canada to achieve a fully representative workforce as defined by the Employment Equity Act. Amy was a founding board member of the ALS Society of Toronto and is currently a trustee of the HALO foundation.
Important Survey on End of Life Services for People with Disabilities The Canadian Abilities Foundation (CAF) is supporting Hospice Toronto in an initiative known as the Transitions Project. The objective is to help gain a greater understanding of the needs of people with disabilities as they deal with end of life issues. Hospice Toronto is inviting people with disabilities and those who care for them from across Canada to participate in the survey. Your point of view is needed and would be very much appreciated.
