11. Reject perfection as a societal norm and personal goal.
12. Accepting other’s idea/perception. If there’s a question or disagreement, state it gently and clearly.
13. Invite someone new to participate in an activity.
14. Entering the day with intentions of welcome and eyes open to possibilities of embrace.
15. Embrace the ‘powerful strangers’ in our lives – those people, circumstances and elements inside and external to ourselves that hold us back.
16. Venture to converse with those who are labelled with titles of power.
17. Have a conversation with friends about belonging.
18. Tell my son about Tribe and MyFace [social networking websites]
19. Create or encourage horizontal conversation, invite everybody to participate with gentle gestures.
20. Explore the difference between “helping” someone and having a caring relationship with them.
